All products sold by AS LASER are custom-made or personalized unless stated otherwise. Personalization details provided by the customer at checkout are final and used exactly as submitted. We are not responsible for spelling errors or incorrect information provided by the customer.

All prices are listed in EUR unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. Payment must be completed in full before production begins.

4. Production and Shipping
Production times are estimates and may vary depending on order volume. Shipping times depend on the selected shipping method and destination. We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services, customs, or external factors beyond our control.

5. Returns and Refunds
Due to the personalized nature of our products, returns and refunds are not accepted unless the item arrives damaged or defective. Any issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence.

6. Intellectual Property

7. Limitation of Liability
