Due to the custom and personalized nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for items that have been made to order, including products personalized with names, dates, text, symbols, or images.

Refunds or replacements are only offered in the following cases:
- The item arrives damaged
- The item is defective due to a production error

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@as-laser.si and include clear photos of the item and packaging. We will review the issue and offer a replacement or refund if the claim is approved.

We are not responsible for errors made by the customer during the personalization process (such as spelling mistakes or incorrect information provided at checkout).

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection laws.
